(1). drive system

• permanent magnet synchronous gearless elevator motor: Webstar Glass Lifts For Houses use patented self-developed side-mounted layout. The main unit is placed on the side of the hoistway top, eliminating the need for a separate machine room and saving space above the building. The gearless structure eliminates the risk of oil leakage, and offers lifetime free maintenance for gear replacement. The operating noise is ≤45 decibels, ensuring no disturbance to home rest during nighttime use. The braking system locks the traction wheel at the moment of power failure, eliminating the risk of elevator runaway. Compared to traditional hydraulic elevators, it saves up to 40% energy and has low standby power consumption.
• counterweight: Lightweight counterweight blocks. Balance coefficient 0.45. No jolts during light and heavy loads start-stop operation. Eliminates the self-weight vibration of the steel wire rope. Smooth throughout the process.
• hanging steel wire rope: Hemp core steel wire rope, in compliance with national standards, enhances the durability and safety of the steel wire rope, and serves the functions of supporting and lubricating.

(2). guidance and shaft structure

• T-shaped precision guide rail and silent rolling guide shoes, with three-sided rollers tightly fitting the guide rail, without any metal friction noise; it comes with automatic micro-lubrication, ensuring no jamming even during long-term use.
• pit lightweight buffer device: Polyurethane buffer blocks, suitable for small bottom pits, allowing the car to gently sink and absorb shock; equipped with bottom pit safety emergency stop switch.

entire series is equipped with VVVF variable-frequency household door motors, allowing the speed of opening and closing the door to be adjusted smoothly：

•  full-range infrared curtain, no blind spots in the door area, automatic reverse opening upon touch, preventing elderly and children from getting injured;
• delayed closing, long press the open button to keep it always open, facilitating the entry and exit of wheelchairs and strollers;
• mechanical and electrical dual interlock mechanism is installed for the car door and the floor door. When the elevator is not at the floor level, it is impossible to manually pry open the door, thus eliminating the risk of falling;
• The door body can be made of stainless steel, wood-grain coated material, titanium gold, rose gold or glass viewing door, matching the style of home decoration.
