Webstar Escalator Lift is specially designed equipment to meet the transportation needs of a large number of passengers. They can be customized according to the characteristics of commercial and transportation scenarios. The main specifications are as follows: there are two common inclination angles of 30° and 35°, the rated speed is fixed at 0.5 meters per second, which can ensure both the efficiency of passage and the safety of elevator usage; there are three options for the step width: 600 millimeters, 800 millimeters, and 1000 millimeters. The transportation capacity per hour is between 4,000 and 9,000 people. The 1,000-millimeter-wide steps can easily handle peak periods in shopping centers as well as scenarios with large passenger flows such as subways and airports.

In terms of basic configuration, Webstar Escalator Lift feature 10-millimeter thick tempered glass handrails and wall panels. Regardless of whether they are located in coastal areas or not, Webstar Escalator Lift is equipped with 304 textured stainless steel skirt panels to resist corrosion. The steps are made through an integral stainless steel casting process and are coated with black paint on the surface, with the top polished. It also combines with stainless steel teeth and tooth plates to ensure precise meshing accuracy and durability. Additionally, the manufacturer provides standard skirt panel brushes.

The entire system is equipped with a microcomputer frequency conversion system. It can adjust the operating speed according to the passenger flow. During off-peak hours, it operates at a lower speed to save energy. During peak hours, it automatically accelerates to transport passengers. Combined with efficient motors and precise reducers, it significantly reduces unnecessary energy consumption and operating noise, creating a quiet environment for passenger use.
